Summary
OneThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomplayer has built the Apollo 11 ship using railings and Zonai devices. Along with making one-of-a-kind vehicles,Tears of the Kingdomplayers have been recreating all types of things from other franchises, includingArmored Coremechs andStar Warsships. Some take inspiration from real-life engineering marvels, pushing the limits of the Zonai technology to build a helicopter or a plane from scratch, or in this case, a recreation of the American spacecraft that let astronauts walk on the moon.
Building elaborate machines is one of the fun activities inTears of the Kingdom, since players have an array of construction tools at their disposal. One such tool is the Ultrahand ability, with which controlling all kinds of objects is a breeze. However, like other ancient powers in the game,Tears of the Kingdom’s Ultrahandrequires players to progress through the main story to a certain point to unlock it permanently.

ALegend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomplayer known on Reddit as RealDeadOne has taken advantage of railings and Zonai devices to create the Apollo 11 ship in the game. They seem to have combined seven railings, six fans, and five flame emitters to make this functional vehicle that can reach above the Sky Islands. Like its real-life counterpart, the ship has a streamlined, aerodynamic design that provides stability until rocket boosters fall off. It requires a bit more Zonai devices than othercustom builds inTears of the Kingdom.
Besides the 1969 model Apollo 11 ship, RealDeadOne has made a tiny multi-stage rocket, which functions as a robotic spacecraft. It can easily lift the player up toTears of the Kingdom’s Jirutagumac Shrine, a giant flying ball located in the Lanayru Sky region.
As usual, fellowTears of the Kingdomplayers on Reddit were impressed by these engineering marvels, with one mentioning that the cinematography in the video is also great. Some also said that they weren’t expecting to see a landing module that carries Link.
Themain components of intricate builds inTears of the Kingdomare Zonai devicesthat players can collect from dispensers in the Sky Islands. Each device has a unique function; however, they are essentially used to create vehicles to travel around Hyrule. It’s essential to note that gachapon machines from which players obtain these nifty gadgets can also be found on the ground and in the Depths. Once players get Zonai devices, they will be able to manipulate and combine them with the Ultrahand ability.
