In addition to all the old rewards players rememberfrom previous runs of Brewfest inWorld of Warcraft, fans can get their hands on a few new items this year. The Brew Barrel, a new toy that players can hop on and ride a short distance, is available to purchase for 200 Gold. However, one of the most exciting additions to this year’s collection is the Brewfest Armor Dragonriding manuscript for the Renewed Proto-Drake. This brew-lover’s barding can be found in the Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest dropped from the special Coren Direbrew encounter players can tackle during Brewfest.

Unfortunately, it seems only level 70 players can get Keg-Shaped Treasure Chests from the event. Players below the level cap get Keg-Shaped Treasure Boxes, which do not drop big ticket items like the Great Brewfest Kodo, Swift Brewfest Ram, or thisnew customization forDragonflightDragonriding mounts. Most holidays give lower-level characters the same chance to earn these rewards, but it seemsWorld of Warcrafthas changed this for Brewfest this year.

There are some new Brewfest-themed rewards and activitiesinvolvingWorld of Warcraft’s Trading Postas well. The Homebrewer’s Sampling Crest back piece is currently available in September’s Trading Post catalog for 500 Trader’s Tender. Additionally, by defeating Coren Direbrew once, and collecting 600 Brewfest Prize Tokens, they can earn 400 points towards completing their Traveler’s Log tasks for September–almost half of what they need to earn their monthly reward.
