Set during a deadly Blood Hunt on the streets of Prague, the vampires ofVampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhuntare the same as the ones from its originalVampire: The Masqueradetabletop role-playing game source: descendants of Caine who are gifted (or cursed, depending on how one looks at it) with special powers. Throughout time, these bloodlines evolved into Clans, honing their abilities to the point of specialization.

As such, different Archetypes in theBloodhuntbattle royale may share similar Clan Powers, with playstyles dictating exactly how players can best put them to use. For newcomers to theVampire: The Masqueradebattle royale, which Clan Powers suit them best will depend a lot on their own individual playstyle. At its core, prioritizing a particular Clan Power over others might depend on just how useful they can become in the battle royale.
7Soaring Leap (Vandal, Brujah)
When the Brujah want to make a statement about the change that they want to see happen, they often do something unforgettable. After all,Brujahs Tyler and Theo Bell did have to kill in order to prove the point of Anarchsupholding the freedom among Kindred, and theVandal (Brujah)can do the same up close when necessary - all thanks toSoaring Leap (Clan Power).
Similar to the Soaring Leap of the Brute, the Vandal can leap humongous distances with the help of this ability. As a melee-focused combatant, the Vandal benefits from this greatly due to how Soaring Leap can help them to get the jump on enemies or even escape fights. However, with vampires getting access to a lot of ranged weaponry inBloodhunt, this Soaring Leap associated with a melee fighter can at times become detrimental.

6Projection-Dash (Siren, Toreador)
Of all Kindred Clans, it’s the Toreador that can be trusted to use their charm to get almost anyone to like them. And, if need be, the Toreador can also project themselves onto others throughthe Discipline Presence, ensuring they understand just what the Toreador wants them to do. For theSiren (Toreador), this means being able to lure everyone into a false sense of security, and, inBloodhunt, this can be both a lifesaver and a powerful means to be used in combat.

Granted, the use ofProjection-Dash (Clan Power)as an innate skill means that the Toreador can project an aura of themselves in a direction and teleport to it within a short span of time - allowing them to teleport to locations for ambushes or retreat whenever it is necessary to do so. While useful, the Projection-Dash doesn’t work as well with the Siren’s other skills, especially since Binding Beauty (Archetype Power) is the only other offensive skill in their arsenal.
5Soaring Leap (Brute, Brujah)
When it comes to the Kindred of the night, it’s the Brujah that always get the job done. They’ve always been the ones to initiate new changes that cause shockwaves in Kindred society - and it’s the Brujah’s Discipline of Potence that gives them the physical vigor to punch their way through them. InBloodhunt, theBrute (Brujah) have more than enough means to chase through their goals - this time, quite literally.
WithSoaring Leap (Clan Power), the Brujah can greatly improve their physical prowess to the extent of leaping great distances. This allows them to reach multiple stories of buildings for a much faster climb, get the jump on enemies for a surprise attack, or evenchase escaping foesdown. In emergencies, Soaring Leap can also give the Brujah the vertical advantage to escape to safety or even attack from higher ground.

4Flesh Of Marble (Enforcer, Ventrue)
The ever-proud Ventrue have never shied away from enforcing their supremacy, not when the Clan of Kings always had a leaning towards leadership. As such, it makes sense for theEnforcer (Ventrue)to reinforce their elite status even on the front lines. InBloodhunt, this can take the form ofFlesh Of Marble(Clan Power), whichrepresents the Ventrue’s steadfast nature.
Flesh Of Marble encapsulates the Ventrue’s skin with actual marble, rendering them completely invulnerable for a short period of time - as long as they don’t take any offensive actions, that is. While this can seem impractical in a firefight, this is actually one of the game’s best defensive abilities - tanking enemy fire in this form lasts long enough that enemies may run out of bullets by the time this is over, giving the Ventrue all the time needed to make a comeback.

3Projection-Dash (Muse, Toreador)
When conversing with others, the Toreador’s charm allows them to project their presence unto others, often appealing to their sensibilities - even amongst the strictest of others. For theMuse (Toreador), this means being thetools the Camarilla needsto negotiate with even the toughest of groups. Thanks toProjection-Dash (Clan Power), the Toreador can literally get to where they need to at only a moment’s notice.

Compared to the Vanish of the Nosferatu, the Projection-Dash of the Museallows them to send an after-image to a particular direction that they can later teleport to. This projection only lasts for a few moments, making this a viable skill to use in a firefight. Imagine, a Muse about to enter a firefight can cast a projection to safety before risking entry - and then immediately teleporting away when they find themselves in danger.
2Vanish (Saboteur, Nosferatu)
Due toCaine’s curseturning Nosferatu into horrid-looking vampires, they’re always expected to hide their presence from others. Thanks to their Discipline of Obfuscate, a Nosferatu can simply “vanish” whenever they’re seen. InBloodhunt, thisVanish (Clan Power)ability is more than enjoyed by theSaboteur (Nosferatu), as this allows them to travel to distant places without so much as risking their presence.
When used, Vanish not only turns the Nosferatu invisible, but also gives players a brief moving space to have the Nosferatu reappear somewhere close by. The fact that players can actually declare where the Nosferatu resurfaces makes the Vanish a flexible mobility skill - allowing them to catch enemies by surprise or retreat when overwhelmed in combat.

1Vanish (Prowler, Nosferatu)
Having beenforced to live undergroundand avoid people all their lives, all Nosferatu are keenly aware of how to escape the most unsavory of situations. This is especially the case with theProwler (Nosferatu), being able to turn themselves invisible through the Obfuscate Discipline. InBloodhunt, Prowlers enjoy the same Vanish Clan Power as their Saboteur cousins, but can use it in a much deadlier capacity.
While Vanish still benefits the Nosferatu in terms of escape, Vanish can easily become offensive through combos withthe Prowler’s other abilities. When detecting severely wounded enemies via Sense The Beast (Passive Power) or enemies in general via Scouting Famulus (Archetype Power), Vanish can transform the Prowler into its namesake - a deadly beast of the night.
