Gamers will not have any exclusive benefits to playing the title on Sony’s official television, but according to a press release from Sony Electronics, it comes with several features to make their experiences smoother. The TV boasts Auto HDR Tone Mapping, which will allow players to have the best HDR settings when first setting up the PS5 and television. Another graphics-related feature is the Auto-Genre Picture Mode, which will switch automatically between a Standard Mode designed for watching movies and a Game Mode, which will “minimize lag and maximize responsiveness.”

Additionally, players will be able to increase the brightness of dark areas as well as turn off the Variable Refresh Rate, and reduce motion blur thanks to a dedicated Game Menu. This menu will also allow players to change the size and split the display screen in order to both watch videos and play games. According to the press release, the television will use a Cognitive Processor that will make the audio sound as if players are in the world of Gaia, fighting alongside Cloud.
If gamers want a more immersive audio experience, the Sony Electronics press release stated that the newly released INZONE Buds, which is another product created by the Sony andFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthcollaboration, is the way to go. The headphones have several features, such as a 12-hour battery life, noise canceling mode, and 360 spatial sound.
The Sony BRAVIA XR TV was also the official television of thehighly reviewedFinal Fantasy 16, which was released last year. With the reception ofFF16andFF7 Remake, many fans cannot wait to start their adventure exploring the world of Gaia whenFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthreleases next month.
