Unlocking and keeping up with your Social Links inPersona 3 Reloadare extremely important for Fusing Personas in the Velvet Room. Most Social Links are easy to find and can be started after in-game events. Then you have Social Links like the Moon Arcana that require several steps before you may unlock Rank 1. Unfortunately for fans of the female protagonist inPersona 3 Portable, Nozomi Suemitsu represents the Moon Social Link instead of Shinjiro Aragaki inPersona 3 Reload, just as he did in the originalPersona 3. If you want to start Nozomi’s Social Link, you’ll need to have started a specific Social Link and have level 2 Charm.
How to Unlock the Moon Social Link
Magician Social Link
You’ll need to start theMagician Social Link(Kenji Tomochika), which is automatically unlocked on4/22, and reachRank 3. When you go to speak to Kenji tostartRank 4, he’ll mention someone called “The Gourmet King.“you’re able to then find Nozomi in Paulownia Mall by the fountain. He’ll be there onMondays, Fridays,andSaturdays.
You will also needlevel 2 Charm (Unpolished)to unlock the Moon Social Link. This usually takes priority over the Magician Rank 4 since Social Stats tend to take a lot of time to level up. Not to mention Kenji’s Social Link is relatively easy to rank up without much effort.

If you’ve met these requirements and Nozomi still isn’t appearing at Paulownia, you may need to double-check your Social Link status with Kenji. You’ll be able to tell when Nozomi’s Social Link is available by opening the fast-travel map andlooking for an “icon” over Paulownia Mall.
How to Pass the Gourmet Quiz
Correct Answers for Nozomi Suemitsu
Even though you can speak to Nozomi, you won’t be able to start his Social Link that easily. You’ll need to pass his “Gourmet Quiz,” which consists of three questions on the topic of Iwatodai Strip Mall’s restaurants and Chagall Cafe.
It’s best tosave your game before talking to Nozomi the first time. If you miss one question, you’ll need towait for the next dayto speak to him again.

Where to Find Odd Morsel
Searching Tartarus
Now that you’ve aced the Gourmet Quiz, you’ll need to find a food item called anOdd Morsel. The bad news is that you can’t buy them in Iwatodai Strip Mall or at Paulownia.You can only get anOdd Morsel by looting chests in Thebel Block of Tartarus. The good news is that the Odd Morsel item is fairly common, so you won’t need Twilight Fragments to open any rare chests. If you go through Thebel Block and haven’t looted an Odd Morsel, just use the teleporter to go back to the entrance and essentially “refresh” the floors.
Odd Morsels can be used to restore your HP in battle.It can heal up to 150 HP, but it also has a low chance of inflicting a status ailment.
If you’re speaking to Nozomi further into your playthrough, then it’s highly likely you’ll have at least oneOdd Morselwhen you first speak to him. As long as you’ve aced the quiz and have the Odd Morsel, you’ll be able to start the Moon Social Link that same day.
