Cyborgs, also known as cybernetic organisms, are beings that are modified using machinery and weapons to increase their capabilities. In the world ofOne Piece,there are quite a lot of cyborgs that fans have seen, ranging fromwithin the straw hat piratesto enemy groups as well.

These Cyborgs are incredibly unique and powerful, each possessing different abilities, with some going even as far as to be declared as the strongest form of humanity.WhileOne Piecefeatures quite a lot of them, only a handful can be considered to be th every best of the lot in the entire series.
8Regular Pacifista
The Pacifistas were introduced in the series before the two-year timeskip. They are also known as the human weapons of the Government, strong enough to wipe out powerful pirates.
The Pacifistas were created using the body of Bartholomew Kuma and were equipped with the power of enhanced cybernetics, along with the laser of Kizaru.
7Mark 3 Pacifista
The Mark 3 Pacifista were created by Vegapunkduring the timeskip. This version of the Pacifista was recently revealed to the fans in the Egghead Incident arc, where it was made clear that Vegapunk created them with improved weaponry, making them much better than the original Pacifistas.
The Mark 3 Pacifistas are also equipped with bubbles that appear to be made of the resin from Sabaody Archipelago. These bubbles are extremely resilient and can deflect even bazookas from a pointblank range.
6Franky
The shipwright of the Straw Hat Pirates, Franky is an extremely powerful cyborg, as is evident from his moniker of Cyborg Franky, which is famous across the world. Franky worked on his body by himself and enhanced it to a great degree.
He even managed to install a laser on his body, which made him incredibly dangerous. Franky is tremendously overpowered and in Wano, he even brought down a member of the Tobiroppo with rather ease, having enough power left to continue fighting afterwards.
5Bartholomew Kuma
Bartholomew Kuma is the first cyborg that was introduced to the fans inOne Piece. He made his debut during the Thriller Bark arc, where he showed the Straw Hat Pirates, and by extension the fans, a glimpse of his strength.

Even Zoro wasn’t able to cut through him, neither could Sanji put a dent in him, which just goes to show how powerful he is. On top of everything, Kuma also has the power of the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, making him extremely dangerous.
4Germa Siblings
The Germa Siblings are modified humansand their status as cyborgs was up for debate until recently, however, in Wano, Queen clearly refers to them as such.
All of them possess incredible physical might, making them strong enough to take on even the strongest fighters inOne Piece.They have super strength, an enhanced recovery rate, a tough exoskeleton, and powerful Raid Suits that are coded to their respective bodies.
3Queen
Queen is one of the All Stars of Kaido and a pirate worth 1.320 billion berries. He has the powers of the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus, which makes him incredibly difficult to take down.
On top of everything, he is a scientist and has enhanced his body with weaponry and cybernetics all over. Queen possesses the powers of lasers, along with the abilities of all the Germa Siblings. Added to that is his powerful Haki and everything, when taken into consideration, makes Queen one of the strongest cyborgs in the story.
2Seraphims
The Seraphims are the strongest humans that were created by Vegapunk recently. They have been under works for quite a while, however were only recently completed. These Seraphims are incredibly overpowered and are powered by Green Blood, which gives them Devil Fruit abilities of various powerful fighters.
On top of that, they are empowered by Lunarian DNA, which is indicated by their black wings, gray hair, and brown skin. They have incredibly powerful defenses as long as the flame on their back keeps burning and their offensive abilities are incredible as well, despite them being just kids. In the future, they can grow into the strongest beings in the entire world ofOne Piece.
1Sanji
Sanji is a genetically enhanced being as welland Queen referred to him as a Cyborg in the Wano arc ofOne Piece.Just like the Germa Siblings, he has the powers of the exoskeleton, an incredible recovery rate, increased muscle mass and, overall, superhuman ability.
Sanji also has the power to generate fire, which has something to do with his scientific enhancements. In Egghead, Sanji was able to overpower as S-Shark, which just goes to show that he might be a step above him for now, making him the strongest cyborg in the series so far.
