The Golden Dash Cup is part of the first set of courses released for theMario Kart 8 DeluxeBooster Course Pass. The cup includes the oldest remastered track within the first wave,Choco MountainfromMario Kart 64, as well asParis PromenadefromMario Kart Tour,Toad CircuitfromMario Kart 7on the Nintendo 3DS, andCoconut MallfromMario Kart Wii.
Here are all theshortcutsthatMario Kart 8 Deluxeplayers need to know for theGolden Dash Cup tracks.

Paris Promenade Shortcuts
Immediately after beginning laps 1 and 2, rather than heading around the Arc de Triomphe, a route can be taken straight underneath the arch.
Drive into thePiranha Plantcutouts, or use a shell to destroy them, then continue straight. A Mushroom boost or Starman should be used to ensure the surface doesn’t slow down the kart.

The route around Paris Promenade is different during the final lap, which means the same shortcut can be used, but in the opposite direction. Head past the cones and destroy the cutouts for a fast route to the finish.
Before each lap’s final banked dog leg left turn, a ramp can be found in the sand to cut off the preceding corner. Use a Mushroom boost or Starman when approaching the ramp to avoid reducing speed.

A shorter route can also be taken around the final bend. Start turning early and head for the section with the green pipes on the inside of the turn to cut the corner.
A Mushroom boost or Starman can be used to keep the kart’s speed up.

Choco Mountain Shortcuts
When entering the tunnel section, use aMushroom boostor Starman to speed over the sticky chocolate on the left and take a more direct route through the darkness.
Choco Mountain onMario Kart 64contained a number of glitches to miss out on large sections of the course, so many gamers will be looking to see if similar shortcuts also exist in theMario Kart 8 DeluxeBooster Course Pass.

Coconut Mall Shortcuts
After heading up the first escalator at the beginning of the course, bear right instead of heading back down the escalators.
A shortcut can be taken through the shop on the right, with the course then following a higher, faster route around the corner.

Before going outside to the parking lot during the later part of the course, rather than take the turquoise ramp upwards, a shorter route can be found by heading to the right of the fast-food counter.
Mario Kart 8 DeluxeBooster Course Pass is available now for Nintendo Switch.
