Unfortunately, the game does come with its fair share of problems, one of which is a confusing button prompt that can cause a player to lose their character forever.

Streamer DivineCarly has amassed an audience of 2.6k followers on Twitch through her playthroughs of games such asGod of War,Apex Legends, andRocket League, but a recent clip of her accidental destruction of a character onHogwarts Legacyis making the rounds on social media. DivineCarly may have unintentionally provided a different form of entertainment when she accidentally clicked the delete prompt for her character, following it up with confirming the decision.

The post on Reddit has already earned over 400 upvotes in a few hours, with one user jokingly stating “Filus deletus,” a fakeHarry Potter-like spell indicating the deletion of a player’s file.
