He met with her at Hog’s Head where he discovered that she couldn’t actually predict anything. He was about to leave when she fell into a trance and told the prophecy of a young boy who would end the Dark Lord. 1Dumbledore’s Wand Was Returned To His Coffin

Unlike the end of the movie franchise where Harry breaks the Elder Wand and throws it in the lake below the bridge, he actually tells Dumbledore’s portrait that he’ll bring the wand back to the tomb.

Harry said that once death comes for him, the bond between himself and the wand would be broken, which would render the wand powerless. Therefore, the Elder Wand would be undefeated and wouldn’t pose a threat to anyone else by being buried away with Dumbledore. However, Harry did use the wand one last time before returning it to Dumbledore, and it was just to repair his broken wand.
