Early into the Court of Owls investigations inGotham Knights,players will be tasked with investigating the prestigious and exclusive “Powers Club.” Naturally, as an elite club frequented by many of the most powerful people in Gotham, the Powers Club hides countless secrets relating to the Court.
Players hoping to uncover the secrets of the Powers Club inGotham Knightswill need to find the hidden mechanisms that open the secret chambers beneath the club proper. These are somewhat well hidden and spread out over several rooms of the club, both of which are initially full of guards to face, so this guide will help players locate andactivate the secret mechanism in the powers club.
How to Activate the Secret Mechanism in the Powers Club
Locating the Switches
After infiltrating the Powers Club, players will quickly find their way to a bloodstained floor, where AR vision will reveal a hidden mechanism. After scanning it,players can follow the wires to a lamp, where they split off and lead into the next set of rooms.
Players musttake out all the enemies in both roomsbefore they can search for the switches. Stealth is recommended here to fulfill the bonus criteria and get some extra EXP. Naturally,Robin is the best character for handling this sneakily.However, any of the four heroes are able to pull it off without too much difficulty. Despite the reputation of the club, its security is somewhat lacking.
After players have cleared out the enemy from both rooms,head to the room with the piano to the left of where players first entered this area and look for a bust. Scanning the Bust with AR vision will cause the head to flip open and reveal a switch that, when interacted with, willactivate a part of the mechanismand cause the hero to make a slightly hypocritical comment about the switch being a bit obvious.
After this, players need tohead into the other room and check out a book in the upper left of the room,revealing another switchwhen scanned. Press this switch andhead back to the room with the bloodstain and the lamp.
Interact with the lamp to trigger the mechanismand open up the path into the hidden underground lair that, naturally, lies beneath the Powers Club. There are still a few more puzzles and security tricks between our heroes and their goal, but now they have a way in.
