Sangonomiya Kokomi has gone a long way since her release inGenshin Impact. Initially deemed as underwhelming, Kokomi quickly climbed her way to the meta. The Watatsumi Priestess is an amazing healer with great DPS potential. Players can use Kokomi as a healer, enabler, buffer, Sub-DPS, or Main-DPS.
Now that Kokomi is a more popularGenshin Impactcharacter, those who miss out on her should consider getting Sangonomiya Kokomi on her next rerun. As for people who already have the Priestess at C0, then they should learn what Kokomi’s Constellations do inGenshin Impact.

Are Kokomi’s Constellations Worth It In Genshin Impact?
Sangonomiya Kokomi can work perfectly even at C0. Her Constellations increase her damage-dealing abilities, but they’re not really necessary. Kokomi’s best Constellation lies in her C4 and C6. If players don’t have enough Primogems to reach that far, then it’s best not to pull for Kokomi’sGenshin ImpactConstellations.
C1 - At Water’s Edge
While this effect looks good on paper, players should remember that Kokomi isn’t meant to Crit. So the additional damage from this Constellation is like one additional Normal Attack hit.
C2 - The Clouds Like Waves Rippling
The extra healing is an amazing effect in bad situations, but most of the time,Genshin Impactplayers will find their character in full HP, limiting this effect’s usefulness.
C4 - The Moon Overlooks the Waters
Kokomi’s damage dealing relies highly on her Elemental Burst, so this effect is a priority. Combining this Constellation with herbest-in-slotGenshin ImpactCatalyst, Everlasting Moonglow, allows Kokomi to continuously regain her Energy without needing a Battery in the team.
C6 - Sango Isshin
As Kokomi and her teammates can easily reach 80% once the Priestess starts healing, players are pretty much guaranteed to always get the 40% Hydro Dmg Bonusfrom thisGenshin ImpactConstellation. The only downside is that it can be hard to get this far, as players will have to gain six copies of Sangonomiya Kokomi.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
