Renegade Raider now has a partner in crime, and they’re about to take down the competition with the new duo Renegade Runner Cups inFortnite. It’s not uncommon for Epic Games to host tournaments to give players a chance to compete for exclusive opportunities to get free cosmetic items early.
Gamers will be able to get the Renegade Runner skin and all cosmetic items in her set before it’s even released in the Item Shop. This guide will show players exactly what they need to do to participate in this new, upcomingFortnitecup.

Renegade Runner Set Items
The Renegade Runner skin has not been released in theFortniteItem Shopyet, and it won’t be available for purchase untilApril 15 at 8 PM ET.
Once it hits the Item Shop, players will be able to purchase theRenegade Runner skinas well as theRenegade Star harvesting tool, theMark of the Renegade wrap, and theRaider’s Rucksack back bling. Those interested in getting this set can actually attempt to get it earlier by participating in one of the Renegade Runner Cups.
Renegade Runner Cups
Epic Games will host two Renegade Runner Cups simultaneously, so players can compete in the Zero Build Renegade Runner Cup or the regular Battle Royale Renegade Runner Cup. The cups will take place on April 12, and the time will depend on the players' region. For details, they must check the Compete tab in-game.
The Renegade Runner Cups are duo competitions. In order to be eligible to participate, the competitors must both have an Account Level of 15 or higher.
Players withcabined accountscannot participate in this competition.
The event will be live for three hours, and during this time, players can enter a maximum of ten matches. Each elimination will grant the team one point, and other points will be attributed according to their placement at the end of the match - ranging from one (24th and 25th place) to 25 points (Victory Royale).
The top-scoring duos will receive the Renegade Runner set items according to final placement per region. Here is how many teams will receive the first prize in each region:
Earning at least eight points will grant players the Starry Raider emoticon, and getting 16 points will grant them the Renegade Reunion loading screen.
