Cloud Facing Off Against The Jabberwock

How To Beat The Jabberwock In FF7 Rebirth

The Jabberwock can be a fairly easy battle thanks to itsweakness to fire.Be sure to give each active party member a Fire Materia and focus on using that spell with most ATB bars. When staggered, it also takes further damage from fire, making magic-heavy characters such as Aerith and Cait Sith the best party for this battle.

Its biggest threat is the ability Gorgon Shield, which hardens its body and makes it heavily resistant to physical attacks, with them also bouncing off and characters unable to combo attacks.Magicisn’t affected by this ability and actually will break the shieldafter enough damage is done, so continue casting fire spells to wear the creature down. Defeating it will give players a Jabberwock Horn, with players able to repeat the battle to obtain more Jabberwock Horns when necessary.
