A Fix for the Platinum Trophy Issue Arrives Next Patch
The Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop quest is the last one unlocked inFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthafter the player has completed all the others. In it, players must face off against Shinra’s Middle Manager in various mini-games at the Gold Saucer and beat his record. However, the issue lies in the G-Bike mini-game. Players must surpass the 32,000 points threshold, and even if they manage to do so, the game doesn’t recognize the feat, and the side quest remains locked. This prevents players from acquiring the My Job Here Is Done trophy, which requires completing all quests, thusbuggingFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthplatinum trophyacquisition.
There is a workaround for this bug, but it only works for players who own the physical disc. The process involves deletingFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirth, disabling auto-updates, and reinstalling the game via physical media without the v.1.020 update. However, owners of the digital version don’t have this option. Luckily, it’s only a matter of time until Square Enix implements a new patch and fixes the bug. In the meantime, trophy hunters can work on other trophies, such as completingallFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthchapterson Hard or the difficult combat simulators created by Chadley.
