The Iron Flask set has a very basic full set bonus. Being straightforward isn’t necessarily a bad thing, though, especially in a game likeThe Elder Scrolls Onlinewhen so many item sets are described with multiple paragraphs or convoluted language. In fact, it’s a full set bonus that perhaps could be more powerful than first meets the eye.
The Iron Flask Set Bonuses
The Iron Flask set isoriented around Health, Armor, and Defense, with boosts to Max. Health at two and three pieces equipped and Armor being added with four pieces equipped. The full set bonus is easy to understand – whenever the playerdrinks a potionof any kindwhile in combat, they receive12% less damage for 20 secondsfrom all sources.
The Iron Flask set is one that seems perfect for Tanks, especially beginner Tanks who might not want to put effort into understanding some ofThe Elder Scrolls Online’s nitty-gritty combat mechanics to maximise their defense. It gives a very respectable bonus to defenses through Health and Armor alongside this, making it a possible new favoritefor theself-sustain Solo player, too.

Crafting The Iron Flask Set
The Iron Flask armor set can be crafted at theForgotten Feretory in the Northern area of FargravecalledThe Shambles, a hostile zone for players. Just like with all unique set crafting locations inThe Elder Scrolls Online, the Forgotten Feretory is home to armor, weapon, and jewelry crafting stations that can be used to imbue items with the Iron Flask set bonus.
To craft pieces of the Iron Flask set players must haveresearched at least five traitson the piece of gear they want to create, whichcan take some time to doif starting from scratch. It’s important to remember that these traits do not carry over between crafting types, so having five traits researched on a medium Jack means, well, jack when it comes to crafting heavy Greaves.
