Last year, Warlocks won the Guardian Games by a landslide, with Titans coming in second and Hunters in last. This year, it’s highly likely Titans will take the crown. They are banding together to support the loss of their beloved commander, Zavala, since the voice actor for Zavala,Lance Reddick, sadly passed away a couple of weeks ago.
Guardian Games Breakdown
Regarding how the event will play out, it’s safe to assume it will be the same as in past years, where each class is tasked with doing various activities to collect Laurels, and whoever deposits the most wins. These tasks include playing core activities like Strikes, Crucible, and Gambit or endgame activities like Raids or Dungeons. Whenever a player defeats an enemy, they will drop a Laurel, essentially a mote from Gambit designated to each class.
After collecting an abundance of them, players can return to the Tower and deposit them on the podium. The podium will then show which class is in the lead. As mentioned, Titans will likely take the victory this year in honor ofLance Reddick’stragic passing, and theDestiny 2community will not be the same without him.

Destiny 2is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
