Destiny 2is one of the most successful live-service games on the market today, with a huge playerbase and fanbase that has stuck with the title for years. That’s not to say it is without problems, and even nowplayers point out upcoming problems inDestiny 2, worried what their favorite game will become.
Of course, this is not done out of a sense of derision or disgust most of the time, as it is with many other titles.Destiny 2players love their chosen game, and often express that love in uncoventional, but very creative ways. This includes art, speculation, and even in-game creativity utilizing a beloved icon.

New armor customization has slowly rolled intoDestiny 2over time, and while this includes important gameplay changes, it also includes purely cosmetic ones. This allowed one player in particular to get creative with the newer Technosaurus armor set, one of three dino-themed armors released in October. Using some very particular shades of green and a good lighting accessory, player aelacit created a good fascimile of the original Green Power Ranger armor, and like agif of 12 Thunderclashes going off at once, it may even draw new players to the game.
For those not in the know, the original Green Ranger holds a special place in manyPower Rangersfans' hearts. Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger, was a force for evil controlled by the main series antagonist and rode the Dragonzord. That same Dragonzord gave its look to his iconic green armor, and it’s recreated faithfully here, from the open mouth around the visor to the gold plated chest and shoulder pads. IfDestiny 2gets more diverse exotic primaries like players want, perhaps players might one day even wield his flute dagger.
Everyone who has laid eyes on the armor and expressed an opinion has, so far, given it some well deserved praise. In truth it isn’t too complicated to make and the layout is shown for anyone who wants to share the iconic look.Players may not be happy aboutDestiny 2’s recent Hunter changes, but they can at least be happy about looking like the Green Ranger or, perhaps with some modifications, the Red Tyranosaurus Ranger as well.
As players have said time and again, it’s the personal touch with their equipment that really makes it feel special. This is no doubt one of the reasons players want aquest-based and not RNG-based weapon fromDestiny 2’sWitch Queen, so they will have earned something personal. At least with a little paint they can earn a place in the Power Rangers, and this opens up the question of what other custom designs will appear in the near future.
