Since it was first announced in 2012,CD Projekt Red’sCyberpunk 2077has remained a source of great anticipation for both gamers and fans of the pen and paper RPG on which the video game is based. Now McFarlane Toys has added to the excitement with news that it will be creating a series of action figures to accompany the game.
Founded in 1994 and known for its highly detailed figurines of movie, comic, and video game characters, McFarlane Toys has signed a three-year licensing deal withCD Projekt Red, the developer ofCyberpunk 2077. The toy company has unveiled two different figurines of Johnny Silverhand, the character played by Keanu Reeves in the game.

The first, priced at $29.99 at GameStop, is a seven-inch action figure that features “Ultra Articulation” with 22 moving parts. It comes with aCyberpunk2077branded base, a guitar with strap, a bottle containing a mysterious brown beverage, and a bonus hand making the classic “rock on” gesture. For $39.99, fans can get a 12-inchJohnny Silverhandstatue posing with his guitar.
Along with the two Silverhand figurines, McFarlane Toys has announced two additional seven-inch action figures. A Male V,Cyberpunk 2077’s player character, will also feature 22 points of articulation and comes with a base, bright pink katana, Kang Tao-Dian SMG, and Militech Saratoga pistol. Details about the second figure have not yet been released, but it is assumed that it will be a Female V character.
All figurines will come inCyberpunk 2077themed windowed packaging for buyers who wish to display them in the box. For now at least, the toys will only be available for purchase from GameStop and are expected to ship in March 2020, although they can already be preordered.
Johnny Silverhand has been a central character in the established Cyberpunk universe since he first appeared in Cyberpunk 2013. A Rockerboy, or musician who uses his music to rebel against authority, Johnny Silverhand is the lead singer of the band Samurai. To the surprise and delight of many, a trailer atMicrosoft’s E3 2019 conferencerevealed that actor Keanu Reeves would be taking on the role of Silverhand in CD Projekt Red’s upcoming sci-fi roleplaying video game.
Cyberpunk 2077will be available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on July 09, 2025.
