MultipleCall of Duty: Warzoneplayers have reported that the Activision Blizzard FPS charged them COD points for claiming one of the free bundle offers. Activision Blizzard fans have been getting free bundles over the years fromCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold WartoCall of Duty: Warzone, but it seems like the recent freebies are causing some COD point issues in what may be a bug.
ManyCall of Dutyfans are anticipating therelease ofWarzone 2, but the originalCall of Duty: Warzonecontinues to receive content in updates that also feature bug fixes, weapon balancing, and POI adjustments. Reddit user Character-Pie-3389 is among multipleCall of Duty: Warzonefans to experience the loss of several COD points upon claiming the World Series ofWarzonefree bundle available through Amazon Prime Gaming. Because the COD points that had been removed from Character-Pie-3389’sCall of Duty: Warzoneaccount cost money, this resulted in the normally free bundle setting the player back a few dollars which could have been spent on other in-game items.

TheCall of Duty: Warzonescreenshot shared by Character-Pie-3389 alongside their post proclaiming the loss of COD points includes a Legendary Operator Skin, Legendary Weapon Blueprints, four calling cards, two emblems, and a War Track. This Prime Gaming reward was offered through the month of September and like with many other bundles, the cosmetics from it could be used inbothCall of Duty: VanguardandWarzone. According to Character-Pie-3389, this supposedly free Prime Gaming bundle set them back by 2,000 COD points which cost over $20 inCall of Duty: Warzone.
Call of Duty: Warzoneplayers that wish to buy similar packs to the Character-Pie-3389 one at 2,000 COD points have to spend around $26.99, being left with 400 points after the purchase as many of the cosmetics are priced differently from the point bundles. While Character-Pie-3389 is among a handful ofCall of Duty: Warzonefans experiencing this COD point discrepancy issue, Activision Blizzard or Amazon may be able to rectify the problem or reverse the transaction upon opening a ticket through its customer service. Because it’s October now and theSeptember Prime Gamingbundle is no longer being offered,Call of Duty: Warzoneplayers should be able to avoid the same pricing bug that Character-Pie-3389 has seemingly found.
Upon being asked about their collection of COD points, Character-Pie-3389 stated that they had plenty left over from the previousCall of Duty: Warzonebattle passes and expect them to carry over toWarzone 2. While otherCall of Duty: Warzoneplayers have claimed that they have contacted Activision Blizzard support for the same issue, Character-Pie-3389 voiced criticisms of the ticket process and inferred that they won’t bother.
