Jon Watts, the rising filmmaker behind the recent MCU Spider-Man films starring Tom Holland as the iconic hero, will be directing Brad Pitt and George Clooney in an upcoming thriller forApple TV Plus.

Apple TV Pluswas able to land the film package after a competitive bidding war between multiple platforms such as Amazon, Lionsgate, MGM, Netflix, Warner Bros, Sony, and Universal. The untitled film will have a strong theatrical release and Watts will produce along with its two leads.
