According to the job listing, the lead season designer position requires the candidate to have a minimum of 5 years of experience with game design, including 2 two years in a leadership position. The job description doesn’t really explain the details about the role, but the title itself is pretty straightforward, where the person in charge will be responsible forfutureDiablo 4seasons. It is a hybrid role where the person can choose to work from Blizzard’s locations in New York, Texas, or California.
The reason this job listing seems interesting is simply because of its timing. There is no indication whether Blizzard is hiring for a position that has just been vacated or if this is an entirely new position.
