Artifact Set
If there’s nocharacter inGenshin Impactthat holds4pc Deepwood Memoriesin the team, then it’s the best idea to let Collei use them. This will increase not only her DPS but also the DMG of other Dendro characters. Meanwhile,4pc Gilded Dreamsis purely for her personal damage and provides no supportive value to other characters whatsoever.
If another party member already uses Deepwood Memories, then Collei is eligible for other supportive artifacts like4pc Noblesse Obligeor4pc Instructor.
The Instructor artifact set can be great for teams that focus on the Quicken reaction. For example, if Collei is supportingElectro characters inGenshin Impact, then she can use Instructor instead of Deepwood Memories. However, note thatthis artifact set is only available at 4-star, which means Collei will have a lower stat overall.
Artifact Main Stat
For Collei’s artifact main stat inGenshin Impact, she should use a Dendro DMG Bonus Goblet and a Critical Circlet. As for the Timepiece, players can either use Energy Recharge, Elemental Mastery, or ATK.
Energy Recharge is unnecessary if Collei can maintain her Elemental Burst without it. Elemental Mastery is unimportant outside the Quicken team, whileATK is viable in any team composition, but performs worse than the other two options in specific scenarios.
