Little did Champ know, Sanders happened to be walking down the sidewalk at that exact moment. The video shows Champ and the service attendant beginning the dance, only to almost hit Jane Sanders, wife of the famous senator, in the face. Sanders fans who saw Champ’s video were quick to tease her about the blunder. Many made tongue-in-cheek jokes about how this would be the incident that causes Sanders to “give up on the youths,” and “make us pay for college.” Luckily, there were no hard feelings over the incident. Sanders himself commented on Champ’s viral video, apologizing for walking through her TikTok and complimenting her dance moves.Sanders is no stranger to internet popularity, so it is no surprise he didn’t take it seriously.

According to another video she posted shortly after, Champ tends to have bizarre experiences every time shecomes to New York City. On her first visit to the city, she met Bow Wow, and on a subsequent visit, she met Lisa Sugar of POPSUGAR.
