Summary
Weapons are absolutely necessary toBaldur’s Gate 3, as not every battle can be won with a lute or a charismatic voice. Some enemies are interested in only bloodshed, so players best ready themselves with the best weapons inBaldur’s Gate 3for the fight that lies ahead. Yet, there are many different types of weapons and damage types. One of these damage types is Bludgeoning, which comes from blunt weapons like clubs, greatclubs, light hammers, maces, quarterstaves, warhammers, and mauls.
Suppose players are interested in bringing forth an arsenal of the best bludgeoning weapons inBaldur’s Gate 3. In that case, these blunt weapons are definitely going to interest the barbaric Tav that wants to bash their enemies heads in, rather than going for something like fire or a swift cut with a sword. Not that there’s anything wrong with a little sadisminBaldur’s Gate 3, especially to the Dark Urge players.

7Club Of Hill Giant Strength
1~4 Damage
Whilst the damage of theClub Of Hill Giant Strengthdoes not look impressive, and the damage numbers do not exactly aspire confidence, it’s still a weapon worth checking out, since players will see their Strength attribute immediately jump to 19. This can help with many situations in the game until players find a better weapon and invest in Strength on their own accord rather thanrelying on a used-up chair leg.
6Shattered Flail
3~8 Damage
This weapon can be quite the danger, and somewhat of a burden if used incorrectly. TheShattered Flailis a gamble, and players will want to make sure there are a few enemies around to get close and personal with. The damage itself is acceptable, but it’s Yeenoghu’s Gift that makes the weapon shine, providing players with healing for every hit; justtry not to go Mad, which makes the character holding the weapon hostile to everyone, friend, and foe.
5Faithbreaker
2~11 Damage
Another weapon found early on, theFaithbreakeris a trophy to take from Dror Ragzlin, an enemy found within the Goblin Camp that some new players might struggle with. When wielding the Faithbreaker, players will be blessed with a great set of Bludgeoning damage, which is nice to test out on the army of goblins waiting for them.
Even better, is the Absolute Power weapon action exclusive to the Faithbreaker, which providesa surge of Divine energyto deal an additional 1d6 Force damage, and perhaps even push targets back 5 meters.

4Hamarhraft
2~12 Damage
Not just a pretty design, theHamarhraftcan be used for some shockingly important reasons, pun intended. With the Shockwave effect, using a Bonus Action like jumping can cause Thunder damage, and being an AoE attack, this can help weaken enemies slightly more than usual. It’s got a great damage range, but what cements this Maul as a grand weapon is the fact that it has Tenacity, a great effect toalways make sure an enemy is hit.
3Doom Hammer
An easy-to-find weapon, this Maul can provide its targets with Bone Chilled on a successful hit. This can be extremely useful when fighting enemies with Clerics or healing properties because the special effect of theDoom Hammerwill stop these pesky foes from healing themselves or being healed by others.
Hitting undead enemies will also provide them with a Disadvantage to their Attack Rolls, meaning it is less likely that they will hit hard.

2Corpsegrinder
5~18 Damage
What better use for a Bludgeoning damage weapon inBaldur’s Gate 3than one that will always deal Bludgeoning damage? TheCorpsegrinderwill always provide players with damage to their enemies upon a hit, even if they have missed. This can be especially useful when struggling against an enemy who just keeps being able to avoid every attack. Paired with the additional Thunder damage, and players are in for a good time.
1Dwarven Thrower
3~12 Damage
TheDwarven Throweris a Very Rare Warhammer and one that deserves some love. Players can treat it like an oversized Mjolnir, as they can throw it and it will return to the wielder. Even better still, other than its already great damage stats, is that Dwarves that use this weapon will see a grand advantage against larger foes, with even more Bludgeoning damage to enhance their battle skills.
